The Fourth Trimester (fourthtrimester.info) is a free educational resource about perinatal mental health, owned and operated by ZSKFL Management. We are based in New Jersey and serve families across Central NJ and beyond.
ZSKFL Management holds an ownership interest in Emerald Wellness and South Jersey Recovery Program, treatment providers referenced on this site. Other organizations are listed as resources only. This site itself is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical care.

2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal, anonymous data to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. Specifically:
- Ahrefs Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, approximate geographic region (city/state level — not your address), device type, browser, and how you found the site (e.g., Google search, direct link). This data is collected without cookies and is not tied to your identity.
- No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected automatically. Our analytics do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any health or medical information. The only information we receive is what you voluntarily send us through the contact form described below or by email.
- One form — the contact form on our Get Help page. It collects the name, email address, and message you choose to enter, and nothing else. Submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and are sent to our email inbox. Please do not send medical or health details through it; email is not a secure channel and this inbox is not monitored around the clock.
3. Cookies
This site does not set analytics or tracking cookies. Our analytics tool (Ahrefs Analytics) is cookieless by design — it measures anonymous, aggregated usage without storing anything in your browser or tracking you across sites.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and performance. These do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising or tracking.

Phone numbers listed on this site connect you directly to external organizations. We do not record, monitor, or have any access to those calls.
7. Analytics & Third-Party Services
We use Ahrefs Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data. Ahrefs' data handling is governed by the Ahrefs Privacy Policy. IP addresses are not used to identify individual visitors.
Our contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Web3Forms' handling of that data is governed by the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
8. Children's Privacy
